Hotel Cancellation Policy

Reservation and Payment Terms:

1. Booking Confirmation:

   • A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your reservation.
   • This deposit will be applied towards the total cost of your stay.

2. Final Payment:

   • The remaining balance is due at check-in or before checking out

Cancellation Policy:

1. Cancellations Made 20 Days Before Arrival:

   • If you cancel your reservation 20 days before your scheduled arrival date, only the 20% non-refundable deposit will be charged.
   • No additional fees will apply.

2. Cancellations Made Within 1week of Arrival:

   • For cancellations made within 1 week before your scheduled arrival date, 100% of the total booking amount will be charged.
   • This includes the non-refundable deposit, and an additional charge to make up the difference to 100% of the total booking amount.
   • This charge applies regardless of the reason for cancellation.

Modifications

1. Changes to Reservations:

   • Modifications to your reservation are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Additional Considerations:

1. Refund Processing:

   • Any applicable refunds will be processed within 7 business days of the cancellation date.
   • Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used for the booking.

2. Policy Amendments:

   • The hotel reserves the right to amend these policies at any time. Changes will be communicated to guests with active reservations affected by the amendments.
